	Your payment entitles you to use the course section of our site for a maximum of five hours. Any subsequent use of the site will require additional payments.

	You understand that is a requirement of this agreement that you utilize the appropriately listed and readily available online references (included as links during the coursework) in conjunction with the course material provided.  You agree to utilize both the online links and the provided course material for a minimum of five hours. You also agree to spend 1 hour minimum in each of the 5 chapters to get to the total required 5 hours. Following completion of your online course, you are required to manually input the California Board of Architects required information on your renewal application and pay the fees that are required. You understand and agree that some of the material that is presented in our coursework is reprinted from readily available online references such as the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.

	5hrce.com is not a certifying authority. The only purpose of the Certificate that is issued at the end of the course, is to show that the student had logged 5 five hours on our webpage. A certificate is issued at the end of five hours.

	5. License renewal non-guarantee, expired/incomplete/ or pending license renewal status, course and provider specific information and board audit

	Although we have had proven success in having our students obtain license renewal, you understand and agree that 5hrce.com is not under any circumstance providing a guarantee or warranty that California Board of Architects either approves this coursework, or the coursework provider.  This course is being provided only for educational purposes. Receipt of your license renewal depends on variety of requirements (one of which is timely processing of your CAB renewal application) that are outside of our control. 5hrce.com or its trainers are no way responsible for you timely renewal of your license. Please allow sufficient time (usually 1-2 months or more) so that the California Architect Board can study your application and make a determination. If you do not understand and agree to these terms please exit our webpage and utilize other available sources. In cases where your license is "expired" (California architect licenses expire at midnight on the last day of the licensee's birth month in odd-numbered years) or you have a "pending" or "incomplete" status, we require that you contact us for a discussion on nature of your specific case prior to you making a payment, in these cases we reserve the right to cancel your subscription at our own discreation and return your money (when appropriate) minus any fees we incurred due to the transaction. Course title, subjects covered, date of completion, number of hours completed,and a statement about the trainer's or educator's knowledge and experience background could be furnished upon request. We reserve the right to protect our trainers/educators name and will only release this information to California Board of Archtects upon an audit. You furthur agree that if IF YOU HAVE A  "PENDING" OR "INCOMPLETE" LICENSE RENEWAL STATUS www.5hrce.com is not obligated to provide you with any information about its course or providers. 

	We have tried our outmost to explain the time sensitive nature of your license renewal. Please make sure to ask question and understand all these terms prior to setting up an account or making any payment. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY AND/OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE OR KIND INCLUDING THE LOSS OF YOUR CALIFORNIA ARCHITECTS LICENSE VALIDITY.

Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

	This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. www.5hrce.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. www.5hrce.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

	
	9. Disclaimer of Warranties
